REMINDER YR 10 STUDENTS (Posted: 15/02/2018)
YR 10 students are reminded that before they can attend work experience they must have completed the SAFE@WORK certificates.
For instructions on how to complete your SAFE@WORK certificates please see below:
On the Careers website select Workplace Learning then Work Experience, there is a red banner which you need to click for further information.
You need to finish two certificates:
- General Certificate
- Industry Certificate (must relate to your work experience placement)
Eg. If you are going to a school, you need Health and Community services, if you are going to a shop, do the Retail certificate, if you are going to a Carpenter, you need to do Building and Construction.
Once completed please provide copies of your certificate to the Careers Centre.
